MICHAEL DRACH
FOUNDER, HEAD of sports performance
Michael is an internationally-renowned sports performance trainer with expertise in speed development. He spent the first 17 years of his career in Chicago training top-level athletes representing programs like the Chicago Bears, Chicago Fire, Chicago Red Stars, NY Giants, Houston Texans, Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings, Toronto Argonauts, US Olympic Bobsled Team, and US Olympic Speed Skating Team, along with countless Division 1 collegiate athletes and All-American high school athletes.
His experience thus far has taught him speed training and conditioning need to be trained separately. He is most known for his creativity in developing safe and effective multi-directional plyometrics that will not only develop springyness and more fast twitch muscle fibers, but also expose athletes to controlled, high-eccentric force loads that will significantly reduce injuries on the field.
